Riam Apartment, awarded as best luxury apartment in Barcelona by Luxury Lifestyle Awards
We won one of the best architecture and interior design awards in the world! We explain the key reasons why Molins Design Estudio wins for the second consecutive year at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
We have done it again! Our design for Riam Apartment has been awarded with one of the prestigious awards in architecture and interior design at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards, specifically with the award for best luxury apartment in Barcelona.
We are very happy and enormously grateful to the team of the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards for rewarding once again the design and excellence of Molins Design. A third award that we already add to the projects Mansan House in Barcelona and Rechson Penthouse in Madrid, apartments awarded last 2021 in the category of Best Residential Interior Design.
Elegance, excellence and design are three of the main characteristics of the interior design studio based in Barcelona and Madrid. Factors that make us worthy, for the second consecutive year, of these prestigious awards in architecture and design, which recognize and promote the best luxury properties and services worldwide.
The Luxury Lifestyle Awards are prestigious global awards that select, recognize, celebrate and promote the finest luxury properties and services around the world. A grand jury, recognized for its broad connectivity to luxury, has recently evaluated more than 5,000 properties and services in 400 categories from 120 regions. From this, a new directory-like listing of the best luxury products and services in the world is being promoted.
The Riam Apartment is a sophisticated penthouse located in the Pedralbes neighborhood (Barcelona), which treasures in its interiors the best of the most avant-garde design of recent times.
The floor plan of this innovative apartment includes 3 clearly highlighted areas. The first one houses the hall, living room, dining room and office spaces. The second, adjoining space includes the stairs and elevators, where the kitchen and laundry room are also included. And finally, the third space, where the night area is located with the suite, which occupies 40% of the space and where we find in addition to the bedroom a gym, dressing room and bathroom.
The interior is a work of minimalist art. In fact, its interior design is composed of several styles. Although it highlights the American style of the late 50’s, with very careful and worked elements throughout the project. A space where the furniture, almost sculptural, also provide fluidity and geometry.
