This award marks our third consecutive year being recognized by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards. Something that fills us with joy and pure satisfaction, as well as placing us internationally as a benchmark of excellence in interior design and decoration.
For us it has been a true honor to have had the opportunity to bring the vision of the Cervantes Apartment to life, creating a space that truly encapsulates the desires of those who place their trust in us.
Cervantes Apartment: Modern and functional apartment in Barcelona
The Cervantes apartment, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona, is one of our best examples of modern and functional residential spaces. With a rectangular structure, this 195m2 project stands out for its delicate balance of architectural elements. In addition to merging a rational layout with an informalist aesthetic.
For its design and decoration we wanted to satisfy both the contemporary style, as well as the needs of the client to create a practical and comfortable family environment. Therefore, Molins Design is working on a complete renovation project.
A reform in which also worked a new redistribution of space with two fundamental objectives: maximize storage and achieve visual harmony throughout the residence. All the furniture is skillfully integrated using wood as the star material. In addition to other decorative elements, which were meticulously custom designed for this project.
The space also adds a note of elegance and character thanks to its chromatic and aesthetic palette, along with the incorporation of curved and flowing lines. Lighting plays a key role in highlighting the panoramic views of the city.
