REDISTRIBUTION AND INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE GAINING LIGHT
The house is located in a building from the 70's. Its interior was full of possibilities but without taking advantage. The need to adapt it for a large family and the possibility of giving their rooms much more natural light marked the main lines of the intervention.
As for the general aesthetic the premise of its owners was to get sober and elegant spaces. Therefore, all the decoration goes in this line, with some brushes of color but without making a great tour of different pallets. The furniture was made to measure by Molins Design, we highlight the table in the living room and the one in the sofa area, which share many aspects.
The house has a generous suite and very spacious rooms. In the bathrooms we also gain space and place very compact and bright furniture to create a pleasant atmosphere in them.
A very complete intervention that required a long and thoughtful phase of approach to achieve an optimal result.
A NEW LIGHT
With the redistribution and the collapse of partitions in some areas we gain an important amount of natural light that gives it another character completely.
THE LIVING ROOM COLUMN
A difficulty turned into an advantage. We found an untimely column in the middle of the room that turned it into a bookshelf and a starting point for a work area integrated into the living room. Express wish of their owners.
Due to the condition of large family, the kitchen had and has the right role. A very used space where we also find a column in the center, which we turned into the current island.
