With this premise of "open concept", it was decided to integrate the kitchen in the living-dining area through an open bar type pass-through that at the same time had the versatility of being able to "hide" and become independent through a decorative screen with an archive image of the beginning of the 20th century in the bay of S'Agaró.
The dividing wall between the hall and living room, was also removed in order to visualize the sea views as soon as you enter the apartment.
THE UNKNOWN COLUMN
This structural column located halfway between the kitchen and the dining room, manages to go unnoticed by covering it with a mirror on all four sides.
SHOWER WITH VIEWS
In the master suite, both the bed, as well as the bathroom counter and the shower, are oriented to the terrace and the sea views, thanks to a separating furniture that acts as a bed head on the front side and on the back It is the bathroom countertop. It was decided to hang two double mirrors on it, to multiply the views in any direction.
