LLIBUS APARTMENT

DECORATION AND REFORM PROJECT OF A HOUSE IN THE HIGH CONDAL AREA

In today's homes, a more optimized performance is required to the square meter, and needs that previously did not exist appear, however, the available space remains the same or even lower. That is why we choose to create open, integrated and versatile spaces.

The main objective in this project was to magically integrate spaces that had previously been understood independently. Renewing the image and adapting it to the new needs of the owners.

In the master suite, we conceive the bedroom-bathroom-dressing room as a single space with the objective of taking advantage of natural light. The only physical division is a glass wall to visually link the two rooms. It was decided that the doors of the bathroom cabinets were mirrored to enhance the entry of light and increase the sense of spaciousness.

The bathroom has two degrees of privacy: The bathtub and the sink are connected to the main room and the shower and toilet, in an enclosed space.
The materials and colors were selected to help create harmony and unity with the rest of the suite.

Also noteworthy is the lounge library. That arose from the need to disguise the patinillo of the air installations of the entire farm that passed through the main wall of the room.
By creating this space, we managed to create a furniture wall that allowed us to take advantage of the space for storage.

The kitchens, which used to be rooms where there was not much time and did not arouse too much aesthetic interest, have gained prominence becoming a meeting space, increasingly open and participatory. Part of our job is to wear this machinery with a nice suit made to measure for each client. That is why we have created our own line of kitchens made one hundred percent to measure, understanding them as an element of aesthetic continuity with the rest of the house, being perfectly integrated with the rest of the house.

DESIGN AND PRACTICALITY STILL IN A FURNITURE

Set of mirrors on the shelf to give contrast to the furniture and increase the sense of spaciousness of the space.

TRANSFERRING LIMITS

The only separating element of the suite with the bathroom, is a glass wall allowing the passage of light and breaking the visual barriers giving more sense of spaciousness. The mirror walls also reinforce this feeling by duplicating the space and reflecting the natural light coming from other rooms.
