VILABON DUPLEX
COMPLETE DUPLEX PROJECT IN THE CENTER OF BARCELONA EIXAMPLE
The initial briefing received was very clear: they needed to make the most of the 42m2 of space available on the ground floor for a generous lounge, dining and kitchen area.
MAXIMUM LIGHT POSSIBLE
We open spaces with the objective of eliminating barriers and creating a much more enveloping and participatory route in the day zone. So, by eliminating the initial dividing walls of the kitchen, we managed to project the maximum amount of natural light to the entire space.
SEPARATOR MODULE
e created a separating module between the kitchen area and the living room that did not reach the ceiling to reinforce the feeling of spaciousness, and play with the dual functionality of this central module that on the one hand was part of a storage area and breakfast corner of the kitchen, and on the other was a piece of furniture to house TV, DVDs, and all related devices.
ONLY DINING ROOM, OR SOMETHING ELSE?
When you have little space and you have to think about solving all the functionalities that a house requires, this kind of solutions arise in which we place a completely complete "laundry corner" behind apparently innocent closets that little anticipate their particular interior content.
