LINCO APARTMENT
A very masculine loft, for a young single businessman
This interior design project consisted in the integral reform of a second-hand dwelling in which the initial canvas from which we started, had a traditional layout of a floor with kitchen and partly closed hall, and which we converted into a large loft with the living-dining room-kitchen-office all open and integrated in a single space to provide the maximum amplitude and natural light to the room.
SHARE AND ENJOY
This was the basic premise that we took as starting point in the new redistribution proposal of the day area, created in this way a single open space where the dining room, kitchen, living room and office area interrelate to enjoy the space in a global .
ACCOMPLICE GESTURE TO THE “MECANO”
In order to give a masculine and differential touch to the proposal, we wanted to play with the elements of the well-known "meccano" toys, using them as parts of constructive elements present in the different furniture of the house.
MAGIC MIRROR
The placement of a mirror that occupies the entire wall of the bathroom on the countertop in the central area of the same, contributes to optically expand a space whose "handicap" was its narrowness, and in turn moves to the dressing room of the bottom, the natural light coming from the bedroom window.
