DECORATIVE REFORMULATION OF A SINGLE HOUSE IN TRES TORRES
The integral reform of this detached house located in the heart of the Barcelonés de las Tres Torres neighborhood, reflects serenity and comfort in all its rooms.
After opening the entrance door we find the first surprising element; a small desk-like desk whose top shelf gives rise to the large symmetrical distribution library that frames the living room and later becomes the panel where the television is placed.
In the distribution of the suite, everything is integrated and exposed in a single space, so undoubtedly it is a daring proposal that naturalizes the water area and manages to coexist with the rest. However, the presence of two discreet sliding glass doors allow to divide both spaces and achieve a degree of privacy.
NEUTRALITY AS A FLAG
The choice of neutral tones predominates, which together with the natural wood flooring bring elegance, serenity and timelessness. The whims of the home can be found in the panel that covers the bookcase and embraces the television, combining lacquered wood with upholstered panels in stitched leather finish, as well as the fun upholstery of two of its family seats.
The kitchen is the queen of the house. Due to the culinary hobby of its owners and their daily use is structured around a central island that frees meters capable of cooking.
