WE COMPLETELY CHANGED THE INTERIOR DESIGN OF THIS ELEGANT HOME
This familiar housing of Barcelona city offers elegance and sophistication in every corner. With a demonstrated classic style but fleeing of overloaded elements at the same time.
The property distribution consists of two long floors, creating as well long corridors that unite their rooms. That was one of the big goals of this Project; To break with uniformity and distribute from those new spaces. A really full proposal, provided with a multifunctional and versatile spaces.
Our bet for the parquet as the main role it’s almost on the entire home, and the mixture of ochre shades combined with white in most of the walls makes this place elegant, cozy and warm.
One of his peculiarities is the wide living room, where it can appreciate two differentiated spaces but not separately. In one of those, distribution comes defined by his integration with the tv, and the other one, more free, it suits into the space thanks to his chromatic continuity and the big carpet that covers the area.
At the same time, on the bookshelf we were looking for achieve a visual asymmetry that provides rhythm and vivacity due the irregular panel.
THE WELCOME SURPRISE
A big marble piece welcome us with his asymmetric lines that contrast with the flat space where it’s placed. A visual hyperbole not reproduced in the rest of the house.
A typical Molins Kitchen. The absence of handles, little details and the texture changes are some of the elements that define it. We also always combine two or three different materials that allow us these characteristic kitchens.
FOUR MULTIPLIED FOR ONE, ONE
We link in the same space the bedroom, office, dressing room and bathroom. Without doors and only some elements that subtly divide the spaces. His similar but not exact chromatic helps us to achieve it, as with the parquet that persists even in the bath area.
