COMPLETE INTERVENTION OF AN INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT IN MADRID FOR A 450M2 HOUSE.
From Molins Design we set different objectives in terms of interior design and decoration. Among all the guidelines dictated by the owners of the home, our intervention focused on the search for ideas to make the most of the available space. In this way, the reform captured the attention of the extension of the useful meters of the home, as well as the contribution of more practical solutions as far as open spaces are concerned.
In our intervention also emerged several changes in favour of functionality, along with a careful and coherent aesthetic. Therefore, we can say that in Mansan House there is a luxury interior design typical of the city of Madrid. In addition, in this house new architectural changes are made, as well as different decorative and design contributions in both exterior and interior rooms.

Ideas for making the most of the space.
On the main floor we had the objective of gaining a few metres towards the exterior. To do this, we decided to incorporate metres from the porch to create a large and bright office. The creation of this new room was accompanied by some interior partitions with tinted glass, which separate but do not hide the new work area.
In addition, we also wanted to reform the entrance or hall of the house, which currently has the category it deserves. Now, this open space in the house functions as a transitional element that leads into the living room.
Another of our ideas to make the most of the space was the decision to cover the terrace areas on the upper floor of the house. Our interior architects in Madrid located all the rooms and rest areas of the house in this new space in the home. This resulted in more spacious, comfortable rooms with a unique furniture design.
LUXURY HOUSES WITH POOL AND GARDEN
This spectacular interior design project in Madrid has a large garden with a swimming pool, suitable to be enjoyed during the summer season with the whole family. The choice of furniture and lighting for this outdoor room was made with great care, thinking about the pool and garden decoration that the owners were looking for.
THE NEW FACADE
Originally, the façade consisted of a travertine cladding in poor condition. However, the new façade consists of a single layer of continuous application. This allowed us to merge new and original elements to improve the decoration and interior design of the house.
A DESIGN STAIRCASE
In this interior design project in Madrid we replaced the original plaster staircase with a more modern and elegant one. This includes a handrail with sinuous curves and improved verticality, gaining metres on both floors.
KITCHENS WITH AN ISLAND AND MORE USABLE SPACE
Likewise, we reduced and ordered the elements to obtain a more walkable, cleaner space with the same functionalities. In this way, the great attraction of the kitchen is the island, together with its large natural wood cabinets.
