INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT IN THIS CLASSY MADRID DUPLEX
We are in front of an elegant and lordly duplex placed in Arturo Soria area of Madrid city. Its spaces nourish themselves of high and risky contrasts between reds, greys and whites that give us some lines about the owners hobbies.
Its a home with the classical and generous heights with a clear orientation to outside. Both levels have good natural light levels. In the upper floor there is a familiar ambience, while in the main one, more sober, elegant and lordly there are placed the other spaces.
Another of the characteristics of this duplex it’s the combination of double spaces without divisions. The living room its a good example, with two different areas, or the kitchen where the furniture creates a transition by the red shelves between service area and the table.
DOUBLE HEIGHT LIBRARY
One of the key points of this intervention was the redistribution of the living room, where we use the dead space behind the sofa to place a full library, complemented with a moving staircase that breaks the uniformity.
DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
The elegant tacks into the chairs borders or the election of the theatre lights brings unique details that hit it off with the historic essence of Madrid.
In different areas of this home, especially in the kitchen and in the upper level, as in the terrace, we can observe the contrasts between whites, greys and reds. Nothing is casual on this election, the motoring references are clear.
