SOGESA OFFICE DESIGN
OFFICE DESIGN FOR SOGESA, A RENEWAL OF THE CENTRAL OFFICES OF THE LEADING COMPANY IN INTEGRATION OF FACILITIES
In the design of offices and workspaces, corporate colors mark the lines of action to a large extent. In this case, based on the corporate color base of blues and whites, some of the basic elements in the facilities of a project were taken as a reference.
These, decontextualized and as textures, act as main elements of the intervention. This is the case of galvanized PVC pipes or the front of the cabinet with galvanized rejiband channels, too. References that make a difference in the project.
Also, the continuous pavement in blue contrasts with the marked neutrality of the vertical walls and the chosen furniture.
THE OFFICE FURNITURE
In this specific project, the chosen furniture was an important element for the final result, and the coherence with space. Therefore, Dynamobel furniture, Tec, Net, Trazo and Dis lines were chosen for tables, chairs and armchairs.
In addition, these furniture follow a marked minimalist style, which adapts to the new concept of decoration in modern offices. In this way, said furniture also adds to achieving a neutral environment without stridency. Thus, an ideal working atmosphere with white finishes is created, which gives it an aseptic, almost clinical appearance.
DISTRIBUTION IN OFFICE DESIGN
If in a dwelling we take as a reference the habits of the people who inhabit it, in the contract projects we take the same references. However, the difference between the latter projects is that they are much more complex and the traffic on most occasions is greater.
In this specific project, the division of spaces responds to some premises of acoustic sectorization. Likewise, its visual privacy is preserved, thanks to the vinyls that follow the rhythmic shape of the adjacent grayscale pipes.
A new approach for a space of approximately 1300m2 of offices, in which the mission and corporate value is also shown clearly in the new proposal.
Punctual lighting falls on a decontextualized concept of the company's day to day. Also, technical elements used and adapted in the decorative proposal are taken as reference.
Spacing between spaces
The meeting rooms are separated from the general environments thanks to the vinyls located. These follow the rhythmic shape of the adjacent, grayscale pipes. In this way, it separates, hides and favors the passage of natural light.
