The residential area contemplates from a structural intervention of facilities, to a change of distribution. But also the adaptation of spaces, as well as other decoration and interior design projects.
Although the client always comes to the studio with an objective in mind, our experience has taught us to prioritize and order the interventions. In this way, we prioritize the quality of life of the people who are going to live in the space, as well as the maximum optimization of resources.
That is why, when we face a domestic project, our interior design and architecture studio first analyzes the requirements of the owners. Then, we take into account the characteristics of the house or the spaces to intervene. The objective is to have clear guidelines to determine the items in order of priority or need.
In general, any interior architecture and decoration intervention comes before any other, in order to adapt the available spaces to the new needs.
After the structural elements, we move on to the phase of adaptation and/or updating of the facilities. At this point, we take into account both the electrical installations and heating and / or air conditioning, which will give comfort to the user of the space. Finally, once we have the “box” properly conditioned, we address the decorative aspects.
Once the client has told us which styles or colors are more in line with his taste, the decorative proposal will always be totally aligned with his preferences. It will be very important to have a previous economic orientation of the available budget. This is done in order to be able to adjust the proposal of selected decorative elements to the target budget.
