We are facing a complex interior design project of modern apartment design, in which every space, piece of furniture and detail has been made, designed, and thought with the same precision as a Swiss watch.

This sophisticated apartment in Madrid has the great advantage of having two orientations and terraces on both sides. The bedrooms have north orientation, while the day area has south orientation, as well as a larger surface, so it enjoys great light and privacy.
The property had very clear what they required to build the ideal home for their family. They wanted a sophisticated, elegant, and timeless style home with some requirements in terms of design and functionality.
The owners dreamed of a large suite with three clearly differentiated areas: bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room. Also, they wanted to have a large hall that will articulate the house in two spaces – the day area and the night area – through a large pivoting door.
Another of the family’s wishes was to have an open kitchen with an island that would connect with the living and dining area, as well as good acoustic insulation throughout the house.

The entrance hall already reveals the sophisticated design and attention to detail of this gold apartment decor. A first impression that is a clear reflection of the style and luxury that reigns throughout the apartment.
The hall is the area from which all the distribution of this apartment with gold decor. It is articulated as a central axis that divides the apartment into two areas: the public or day area, and the private or night area.
The way to exemplify it is the fact that the access to the day area is completely open and is in sight. On the other hand, the night area is hidden and separated by a large pivoting door.

Upon entering this gold interior apartment, we find ourselves in front of a very large space that welcomes us thanks to the warm atmosphere provided by lighting and wood.
In the entrance hall, as in the rest of the house, the organic forms are very present, with special emphasis on the circular shapes of different details and the combination of gold ornaments.
Next to the entrance door, a space has been created that invites you to settle in thanks to a pleasant rug and a large pouf with rounded lines that become the perfect allies for taking off your shoes and storing coats and accessories in the closet hidden behind the paneled wall.
In the foreground, a large Carlo table, designed and created by the studio itself with a Carrara marble top, is perfectly framed under a circular trough of the same dimensions, from which a majestic golden suspended lamp by Terzani slides, creating an interesting play of light and shadow.
A day area, generous and with a privileged entry of light, allows you to create different environments in the same open space.
In this sophisticated apartment in Madrid with gold decor, we created three clearly differentiated environments or zones. A separation that is subtly delimited by the carpets tailor made with the same fabric and that play with the same tone in the two living rooms and in a darker tone for the dining area.

Coffee table detail
The first living area that we find in this modern apartment design is a gold living room decor for daily use and enjoyment of the family. A warm corner with sofa and TV, in which stands out the large bookcase designed and tailor made for the space.
A spectacular bookcase that combines three different finishes and is fully integrated with the ceiling cladding and parquet flooring to be made with the same natural oak wood, creating a sense of majesty, and giving it a unique exclusivity.
The ceiling covering of this living room with gold decoration allows framing the whole space and, at the same time, to house all the technical lighting elements and the audio equipment.
In the central part of the bookcase is the large TV set flush with the same plane and under which is the gas fireplace that brings that point of comfort and warmth very enjoyable from the large L-shaped sofa which has been played with different textures and shades that bring dynamism to the space and link perfectly with the atmosphere of the space.

The characteristic element of this bookcase is the set of gold decor niches that form a unique and exclusive framework.
Niches designed in a lacquered finish and a rear clad in gold veneer and backlit that provide a unique and sophisticated touch.

One of the areas that characterizes this modern apartment design is the central living room gold decor.
A gold decoration living room, thought and designed with the clear intention of being a space that receives and welcomes guests to enjoy evenings with live piano music played by the owners’ children.

In this gold interior design apartment, the important role of the family piano was kept in mind.
The rest of the space, which was created especially oriented to be an enjoyable white and gold room, revolves around it. A space located in the central part of the day area, which invites sharing moments with family and friends.
To enhance the presence of the piano, we opted for a neutral space, to which we added a large decorative niche following the design and style of the central bookcase, as well as the upholstery of the piano bench in the same fabric as the set of sofas in the space.
Central living room blueprint
This more formal style gold decoration living room is designed as a stall where to share relaxed evenings with guests listening the piano notes. For this reason, it was decided to place two large sofas upholstered in white on both sides and complement it with two upholstered armchairs in hazelnut tones at the opposite end.
A gold living room decor in which the range of earth and gold colors reign in the decorative elements, which are the ones that bring a touch of color to this room.
The combination of gold on neutral tones is the bet for this sophisticated living room.
The gold ornaments and floor lamps maintain a chromatic homogeneity that is subtly broken by the tailormade cushions in geometric shapes and chromaticism in ocher tones.
To finish dressing this white and gold room, an oval coffee table with marble top and black lacquered iron structure was designed in combination with a pouf upholstered in the same fabric as the sofas, creating a game at two heights.
Dining room blueprint
At the other side, we locate the dining area with large capacity. Following the aesthetic line of this gold apartment decor, it is characterized by its sophisticated and luxurious character.
As a separation between the dining area and the central living room, we have designed a console lacquered in the same color as the upholstery of the sofa and that embraces the back of the sofa to accompany the delimitation between the two spaces.
Semi-open kitchen with sliding doors
This apartment with gold ornaments features one of the trendiest elements in kitchen design.
The space allows for a semi-open kitchen, thanks to some majestic large sliding glass doors by Lualdi. Sliding doors with bronze structure and smoked glass that allow to separate the kitchen from the day area or, on the contrary, to have both spaces connected and enjoy greater visual amplitude.

The luxurious black and gold kitchen has different areas that are perfectly distributed and aesthetically integrated.
The property requested a semi-open kitchen, spacious and with a central island, as well as an office area for breakfast and occasional meals. A kitchen that should breathe the same line of design and aesthetics according to the rest of the house.
A modern and functional kitchen that has all the most innovative and trendy elements in kitchen design.
In this black and gold kitchen with touches of rose gold and sand tones, everything has been designed to the maximum detail so that the whole is perfectly integrated.
The different areas that make up this black and gold kitchen design are strategically distributed and allow a comfortable circulation and practical use.
The cold appliances have been hidden with paneling, and those that are visible, have been placed following both technical and aesthetic criteria. Thus, the oven and microwave are integrated and placed vertically to optimize space and visual noise, as well as the wine refrigerator.
An element to highlight and that brings a touch of sophistication to this kitchen, is the backlit glass doors with smoked glass doors to store crockery and glassware for big occasions.
A sophisticated kitchen with central island
One of the wishes of the owners was to enjoy a large central island in which to cook and have a bar area with seating to enjoy with family and guests.
The central island, covered in Abkstone’s Pietra Grey porcelain tile, offers the particularity of being able to integrate a hidden induction zone that, together with the ceiling-mounted extractor hood, makes it possible to enjoy a tidy and practical area, as well as easy maintenance and cleaning.

This luxurious black and gold kitchen has all the furniture of the Molins personalized kitchen line with a careful combination of lacquered furniture in gray and sand tones.
Similarly, it has also played with the combination of porcelain tiles in the different countertops of this black and gold kitchen.
In the main water area of the kitchen, we opted for a sink in the same Pietra di Luna porcelain from Neolith and a faucet with osmosis in rose gold finish.
One of the most special and cute corners of the kitchen, is the breakfast area in which we placed an office furniture next to a small dining area, where we dressed the walls with decorative paper made to order with a culinary theme according to the space.

A sophisticated apartment with gold decorations that we have converted into a modern and sophisticated home for a large family.

The night area is articulated through the hallway that gives access to the different bedrooms and bathrooms. The wonderful pivoting door that communicates with the main hall of the house and a door in the kitchen, are the two entrances to access the most private area of this sophisticated apartment in Madrid.
In this distributor of minimalist aesthetic, we bet on giving texture to the main wall with a textured paper of the brand Jim Thompson that together with the backlit mossing on the same side, creates a magical and cozy atmosphere.
A very "minimal" courtesy bathroom
The courtesy bathroom is one of the spaces that allow us to play with more risky proposals.
This bathroom receives the guests of the house with a sculptural piece of Sanycess as a sink in black, on which we have placed an unconventional ceiling faucet of the brand Neve. An original combination that brings a unique touch and a lot of personality to this bathroom.
Other very interesting elements that finish making this space very different is the decorative finish that provides the wallpaper of the James Malone, as well as the minimalist set of backlit niches on the wall above the bathroom.
Suite bedroom blueprint
The suite is one of the jewels of this project. A white and gold room with different corners, all of them very special. The suite breathes a certain air of majesty through its risky but contrasted design.
In the master suite, there is an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. This feeling has been sought and achieved through the use and combination of different textures and fabrics on a neutral base.
The headboard of the bed in this white and gold bedroom is composed of a set of different panels upholstered in silk, together with the sides covered in the luxurious metallic fabrics by Sophie Mallebranche that dress the wall up to the meeting with the custom-designed bedside tables.
In the same line of neutral beige tones, the touch of color is provided by the velvet of the square bed cushions and the geometric patterned fabric of the footboard blanket.
Suite closet elevation
On the side that leads to the bathroom area, we have placed some cabinets with large storage capacity that serve and complement the dressing room. In the middle of this set, we have incorporated a beautiful decorative backlit niche to break with the neutrality and symmetry of the whole.
Another highlight of the white and gold bedroom is the placement of a large desk designed for teleworking or consultations that require more privacy and isolation.
A large central marble island presides over the bathroom
Upon entering the suite, we are greeted by a large central island that presides over the entire room and is one of the most prominent pieces of the entire home.
Clad in an elegant dark veined marble and with two large mirrors anchored in a brass structure up to the ceiling, the island has a double play and a double functionality.

The island houses a large storage area for both the bathroom area and the dressing area, and two cut-away sinks -one on each side and opposite to each other-which are perceived thanks to the sculptural rounded faucets in brushed brass finish.
A very important detail in terms of design and that adds a plus of sophistication and majesty is the fossa of the same shape and dimensions that heads the central island, which together with the detail of the backlighting in the plinth enhances the sensation that the island is flying.
Gold decoration for a luxury bathroom
Respecting the privacy and intimacy of these spaces, the shower area and the bathroom are separated and completely hidden behind two large smoked glass screens with elegant Philip Watts handles.
Throughout this space of pure design and elegance, the gold ornaments predominate, which link all the aesthetic and color criteria of this room and provide the note of sophistication and luxury.
Bedroom elevation
The bedroom of the daughter of the property also boasts a high touch of personalization and attention to detail.
The room follows the same line of neutral tones as the rest of the house, but in this case, the color is broken with the fantastic bed headboard that we designed with a very particular shape to the daughter’s taste in a colorful fabric by Andrew Martin.
Taking advantage of the chromatic range of the fabric of the headboard, we extracted the same shades to dress the cushions and the blanket at the foot of the bed that dress the set.
On both sides of the generously sized bed, we placed custom-made suspended bedside tables that we illuminated with suspended rope lamps in the same shades as the bedroom walls by El Torrent.
Bathroom elevation
Taking advantage of the large dimensions of the bedroom for the teenager, it was decided to incorporate a very interesting element that attracts attention as soon as you enter and that is the great characteristic element of the room: a cabinet with a double combination between sink and dressing table.
In front of the bed, a desk area was placed next to a set of shelves and drawers that support the set of cabinets at the entrance of the bedroom.
The other distinctive touch and favorite element for its tenant, is the ceiling projector that ensures moments of cinema and series in small committee.
An original bathroom cabinet with dual functionality
The great characteristic element of this bedroom is the furniture with a double combination as a sink on one side and a vanity on the other.
A piece of furniture tailormade to match the rest of the room with mirror supported on a metal structure with dual functionality: on the one hand, a sink area with the sculptural sink Roll of Flaminia and on the other hand, a vanity area with matching stool.
The shower area and bathroom are again separated from the bedroom itself but within the same space.
Bedroom elevation
The son’s bedroom is fully integrated through the custom-made furniture in oak with the same tone as the parquet floor with a higher tone. The differential point in this bedroom is provided by the coating of one of the side walls with a fun Pierre Frey paper that ends in a thin backlit oak shelf that also allows to support pictures and bring a decorative touch to the bedroom.
The bed area also has a distinctive and character in which the structure of the bed is unified with the headboard as a shelf with backlit niches and in which we incorporate some cushions as fanny packs in a striking printed fabric by Andrew Martin that gives the touch of color.
The favorite corner, however, is the one formed by the TV and the pouf designed to play video games and leisure hours.
Custom-made furniture for children's bedrooms
In the room, we also found the desk corner that we complemented with a module of drawers and shelves in the same oak and that we placed next to the window for a greater entry of light and that we dressed in an elegant curtain of wooden slats.
Sophisticated youthful bathroom design
Next to the bedroom of the pre-adolescent son, we located a bathroom that we covered both the floor and the walls with the same porcelain tile in beige tones and that we contrasted by covering the wall of the sink area with a particular design in green rhombus Mutina.
For the sink area we opted for a suspended furniture in oak with decorative niche in the central part and again, for the washbasin on countertop model Roll of Flaminia that provides the distinctive touch along with the two suspended lamps and the round mirror with light of Nubia.
