One of the main interventions in this decorative project was the total remodeling of the dining-living room, which share the same space.
To complete the proposal, the chosen material palette is worth mentioning: smooth and calm tones, along with the presence of tapped and smoked stained oak wood. Likewise, a lacquered wood paneling system ideally suits the light stone tone in the walls.

Forn Apartment is defined as a complete refurbishment project for a home luxury in Barcelona. Located in high-class area, inside a generous building, the apartment takes a new direction, adopting wider, more open and elegant spaces.
All thanks to a new plan distribution, well-thought and 100% adapted to the new inhabitants needs.
For the house decoration we introduce essential comfort elements, which clearly help to develop a home luxury in Barcelona that can offer all the necessary benefits.
If there is a key aspect in high standard living homes in Barcelona, that is their interior design, as well as all the decorative pieces and its furniture material.
In the living room, we find two very comfortable couches with two other armchairs, all upholstered, as the main sitting elements.
The custom-made side tables are manufactured in iron handrail with curved edges and baked painted in satin black, covered with a wooden top. The rectangular center tables, matching the side ones, are design pieces brought to life by our studio too.
A meticulously thought library, built in oak veneer and integrating a generous TV, is also custom-made by Molins.
Aside from the kitchen area, a very select oak three-layer floating parquet governs the whole apartment floor.
A quite wide and bright space embraces a very elegant dining area, where the sculptural well-known Victoria table, made up of a satin black oven lacquered iron base and a natural basalt top, designed by our team. A timeless and naturalistic proposal.
In order to create a more intimate space, a subtle but effective division is placed between the dining table and the library corner, using vertical american oak veneer battens designed by Molins.

This project lived many changes in its distribution during the design process, especially the living-dining area.
As a result, this home luxury in Barcelona ends up benefitting from a library scope, or reading corner, on the same spot where the guest room used to be. This slight gesture has favoured the whole proposal, gaining a major spatial perception and increasing natural light input.
A very personal and elegant hall
Straight away from the hall, the decorative style that will govern the whole apartment can easily be sensed.
The two-drawer american oak veneer console is a design of our own, sustaining decorative accessories which are perfectly enlightened by black and white Cosmos, by Vibia, suspended luminaires, resembling two simple but beautiful sculptural pieces.

Large format porcelain

The whole furniture sets, custom-made modules in anthracite gray and white, were specifically designed by our team.
The combination between materials, chosen colors and the creation of a variety of atmospheres, transform this kitchen into a luxurious space, with great esthetical and functional value.
Versatile units with great storage capacity
Every element that shapes this kitchen was thought for them to offer major comfort and capacity, always keeping a perfectly organised space.
The backlit tableware cupboard, with drawers, shelves and a glass cover, allows kitchenware to be stored tidily, as if it were an exhibition.
In the central isle we find the dishwasher, freezer and wine fridge, ideal to enjoy the best grape beverages at an optimal temperature, are integrated in the set.

Stylish bathrooms
The apartment possesses two bathrooms. In the first one, which serves the day zone, the use of black and white is pretty remarkable.
The second one, in suite next to the main bedroom, uses grey tones both in wallcoverings and flooring, as well as for the custom made furniture, designed by the Molins team.

Finally, in terms of lighting accessories, the detail with which they are manufactured are very worth mentioning.
In Forn Apartment a variety of ceiling suspended luminaires are presented, from the hall to the dining room, where these last ones remind us of a fine birdcage.
In fact, these elements become, with no doubt at all, the decorative pieces that bring personality and charisma to our proposal.
