Galo Apartment
For the living-dining room’s design we use a series of distinguished pieces of furniture and other elements that help to bring self-identity to the space. A library with quite a presence is accompanied by special interior decoration with chimeneys. Una gran librería de diseño se acompaña de una especial decoración de interiores con chimeneas. The chromatic range figures earthy colours, contrasting with white walls and natural light.
The large-format piece of furniture which contains the chimeney is custom-made by our design team, built in grey-dyed organic-grain oak wood with white layer, matching the center tables and complemented with upholstered with Osborne & Little fabrics sofas.
The reading lamps are the Beat Floor Black model by Tom Dixon, whilst the desktop is a Guaxs-designed product.
A spectacular Molins custom-made library, composed by a shelving system and a metallic wheeled ladder with its own guide shaft completes the living room’s visuals.
Interior design for a high-standard Barcelona apartment
This is an interior decoration and architecture project for a complete refurbishment of an exclusive over 200 m2 interior surface flat with a 30 m2 terrace, in one of the richest neighbourhoods in Barcelona, for a married couple with 2 daughters.
The main goal was to enhance natural light and the apartment’s spectacular views over the city to its maximum extent, removing unnecessary partition walls in favour of wider spaces which, combined with neutral colours, such as grey and taupe, allow exterior natural light to be brought inside.
A desktop as a dividing element
Acting as a rear piece for the main sofa, we design a custom-made desktop manufactured in the same dyed oak wood as the chimeney front and center tables, obtaining visual continuity in the whole set, to which we add a comfortable Andrew World studio armchair, upholstered in Lizzo fabrics.
A glass wall for the kitchen
In this project, one of the big challenges was to be capable of bringing natural light into the kitchen area, located in the center of the flat. So we decided to swap the original partition for a combination of glass and a Gradalux curtain which allowed to, on the one hand, control light intensity and, on the other, either integrate the kitchen to the rest of the living room and hall in a quick and aesthetic manner or separate it. This increased functionality to this essential element.

“By opening up the space, we maximise the feeling of spaciousness and light in the daytime area."
Right from this home’s entrance we can catch sight of the various areas that figure in the day zone – living room, kitchen, office with library and in the far corner, the dining space.
This way, the sense of width and brightness is clearly multiplied in every spot, enjoying generous and complete spaces while avoiding corridors and less funtional corners.
Open spaces
A high-design library
Being able to make good use of a great library in which to store books in an organized and visual is quite a luxury, so we opted for a design in lacquered wood toned like the hall furniture, in order to generate chromatic and visual unity.

It’s been years since kitchens are increasingly gaining protagonism in housing, becoming open and participative reunion spaces.
Our kitchen design line, completely custom-made, is conceived as an aesthetic element that gives continuity to the rest of the apartment, left perfectly integrated.
In this interior design for apartment, the kitchen merges with the living room thanks to the use of the same color range and the game that gives us the placement of the adjustable slats.
Courtesy bathroom
Facing the kitchen door, we find the courtesy bathroom, serving the day zone.
For this space, we designed a low oak wood cabinet with an original Mapini bathroom sink on top, combined with a mural faucet by Axor.
The subway-style wall covering is designed by Equipe, and the wood-framed mirror is exclusively custom-made by our interior design team.

Details in the bedroom
To create this bedroom suite, we decided to make a custom-made bed head in dm upholstered in gray Berbere fabric by Pierre Frey and some bedside tables with smooth matt melamine interior and matt lacquered exterior.
As lighting, we chose some reading lamps in chrome finish of Carpyen, in addition to a set of lamps suspended in aluminum color of Bover.

The night area of this house is composed of 4 bedrooms suite with their wardrobes dressing rooms and bathrooms, each with its own style and chromatic play of textures and tapestries related to each of its “guests”.
Among them, the main suite is noteworthy, which has also been played with a bathroom island headed by a combination of mirror and transparent glass, located around the set of wardrobes of the dressing room, with the aim of transferring natural light from the back terrace to this interior space.
For the guest bedroom we made a custom upholstered head, a quilt and cushions in tweed fabric in blue tones, by Fernando Salinero; this color marks the chromatic continuity with the integrated bathroom, using the towels in blue to add an accent detail, fresh and cheerful.
In addition, the porcelain floor is from Argenta, while the textured coating is from Porcelanosa.
For the bedroom of one of the owners’ daughters we made a custom-made head in varnished oak, matching the bedside tables, the desk, the backlit shelves and the structure-staircase, so that we managed to create an effect of visual continuity, from the materials chosen, throughout the room.
The lamps are also the Funiculí model from Marset and the curtains, made by our team, are made of Chivasso fabric.
On the terrace of the living area we also add a living area, equipped with a two-seater sofa, armchair and side tables by Gardenart, and a dining table designed and made to measure by our team with Neolith Iron Corten and iron structure, on the opposite.
Accompanies the whole lamp Cala de Marset and a composition of planters Quetzales.
