Claire House
The widest space in Claire Apartment is found in the entrance hall and the living-dining room, in which we eliminated the dividing elements that separated the space, to turn it into the most comfortable and spacious living room in the home.
The sofas and armchairs are upholstered designs by Molins Design with fabric from Les Créations de la Maison, on which we added decorative cushions by Andrew Martin.
We took advantage of the back of the sofa to integrate a small workspace in the living room, custom-made by our interior design studio, in varnished oak veneer, so that we managed to bring one more function to the living room, in addition to hiding the always ungrateful sofa rear.
The living room bookcase with TV module and backlit niches are also an exclusive design of our team, in melamine interior and exterior in matt lacquered MDF with shelves in varnished oak veneer.
The total use of space and the entry of natural light were the main objectives of our intervention for the renovation project in Claire Apartment.
To create this new family home design, the team of architects and decorators of Molins Design worked in detail in the moder housing design.
This interior design proposal was custom-made for the large family that was going to live in it. Therefore, we opted for large spaces, without skimping on the more functional side. For example, for the kitchen we opted for a total refurbishment and integrated an isle to improve the space and the entry of light in the room. For the laundry and the ironing room we also took into account the concept of open space, as well as in the bedrooms and the home’s suite.
To unify the division between the entrance hallway and the main living room of the house we opted for the installation of an elongated marble piece, which adds elegance and sophistication to the space.
In addition, this element supports a bookcase and perfectly unifies the interior design of both spaces. The choice of ocher tones, as well as the decorative pieces that decorate it, give the space a sober and elegant atmosphere. Its furniture also follows this line, aiming above all at practicality.

The master suite of the house has its own bathroom and dressing room custom designed by Molins Design.
To achieve the desired warmth we opted for the use of raw and earth tones, following the same chromatic line of the living room.
The stunning headboard that runs along the entire main wall of the bedroom is an exclusive design of our studio in Lelièvre fabric, accompanied by two bedside tables made of varnished oak veneer and black lacquered stainless steel legs, also designed by Molins Design.
On these we installed two suspended Mini Jazz lamps by Vibia, and we incorporated some articulated sconces in satin nickel to the headboard.
The spaciousness and brightness of this fabulous suite with exit to the outside is achieved thanks to the elimination of dividing elements, allowing the total integration of the dressing room.
The dressing table, designed as an isle, is an element designed in oak veneer by our team, as is the case with the surrounding cabinets, whose exterior is lacquered.

For the junior bedrooms we created totally independent rooms equipped with a desk and library area, designed entirely by Molins Design, and a built-in bathroom, so that comfort and functionality coexist in complete harmony.
The chairs with wheels in the study area are a model of the firm Magis and the lamp is the Tolomeo design in red by Artemide.
