To provide the space with all the possible functionality, we incorporated a projector with a hidden screen in the ceiling, for the viewing of large format movies, so that this room becomes a social, family and leisure space with great features.
The most notable novelty of this Vivienda Claire project is that it includes a kitchen with a laundry room. A useful and practical space if ever there was one. It is perhaps the most peculiar room in this home. That is why we have dedicated a section to it where we explain the most interesting features.
On the other hand, the entrance hall and the living-dining room are the two star areas of this home. They form the largest space in the Claire home. A room in which we eliminated the dividing elements that divided the space, to convert it into the most comfortable and spacious living room in the home.
The sofas and armchairs are upholstered by Molins Design with fabric from Les Créations de la Maison. Elements on which we added decorative cushions by Andrew Martin. We also took advantage of the back of the sofa to integrate a small office in the living room. Made to measure by our interior design studio, in varnished oak veneer. In this way, we managed to add another function to the living room, as well as hiding the always ungrateful back of the sofa.
The bookcase in the living room with a module for the television and backlit niches is also an exclusive design by our team, with a melamine interior and matt lacquered MDF exterior with varnished oak veneer shelves.
The total use of space and the entry of natural light were the main objectives of our intervention for the Claire house renovation project.
To create this new family home design, the team of architects and decorators at Molins Design worked in detail on the design of modern homes.
The commission of this family home design proposal was made to measure for the large family that was going to live in it.
For this reason, we have opted for large spaces, without skimping on the more functional aspect. For example, we included a kitchen with laundry and ironing room. The open space concept was also taken into account in this area, as well as in the bedrooms and the living suite. In addition, in the kitchen renovation we integrated an island to improve the space and the entry of light into the room.
To unify the division between the entrance hallway and the main living room of the house we opted for the installation of an elongated marble piece, which adds elegance and sophistication to the space.
In addition, this element supports a bookcase and perfectly unifies the interior design of both spaces. The choice of ochre tones, as well as the decorative pieces that decorate it, give the space a sober and elegant atmosphere. Its furniture also follows this line, aiming above all at practicality.
The master suite of the house has its own bathroom and dressing room custom designed by Molins Design.
To achieve the desired warmth, we opted for the use of raw and earth tones. Following, in turn, the same chromatic line of the living room.
The imposing headboard that runs along the entire main wall of the bedroom is an exclusive design by our studio in Lelièvre fabric. This design is accompanied by two bedside tables made of varnished oak veneer and black lacquered stainless steel legs. Elements also designed by Molins Design.
On these we installed two Mini Jazz pendant lamps by Vibia and incorporated them into the headboard. In addition to articulated wall lights in satin nickel.
The spaciousness and brightness of this fabulous suite with exit to the outside is achieved thanks to the elimination of dividing elements, allowing the total integration of the dressing room.
Sure, the dressing table, designed as an isle, is an element designed in oak veneer by our team, as is the case with the surrounding cabinets, whose exterior is lacquered.
For the junior bedrooms we created totally independent rooms equipped with a desk and library area, designed entirely by Molins Design, and a built-in bathroom, so that comfort and functionality coexist in complete harmony.
The chairs with wheels in the study area are a model of the firm Magis and the lamp is the Tolomeo design in red by Artemide.
