Sogesa
In the office and workspace design, corporate colours mark, to a large extent, the main lines of action. In this case, and starting from the corporate chromatic base of blues and whites, we take as a reference some of the basic elements in the installations of a project.
In a decontextualised way and as textures and volumes of great aesthetic impact, we use the galvanised PVC tubes or the front of the furniture with galvanised “Rejiband” canals, as references that make a difference in the project and become fundamental elements of the intervention.
The PVC tubes screens lacquered in 3 colours placed on a round base, designed and custom-made by our team, form part of a striking proposal, together with the surprising reception counter, made with a matt melamine structure with external cladding with lacquered installation panels, also designed by Molins Design.
As interior designers, we were commissioned to renew the interior design of the Sogesa offices and redefine the layout of all their workspaces, in order to readapt common areas for general accesses, stairs, reception, visiting and meeting rooms to the new needs and to an updated type of design.
Sogesa’s headquarters are located in “La Maquinista” industrial estate in Barcelona, where we had to carry out a complete interior design and decoration project for the office’s public area, meeting rooms and management office.
In this important commercial office project, the chosen furniture becomes a fundamental element in the final result, as does the coherence with respect to the available space, which is why we chose Dynamobel furniture from the Tec, Neta, Trazo and Dis lines for the tables, chairs and armchairs.
This type of furniture also stands out for its marked minimalist style, which adapts to the new decoration concept in modern offices. In this way, this furniture’s choice allows us to design neutral environments without stridency, thus creating an ideal working atmosphere, with white finishes and straight, clean lines, which give the space an aseptic, almost clinical appearance.
From our interior design studio, in the design of a house we take as a reference the habits of the people who inhabit it and, in the case of contract projects, we consider the same observations.
In spite of this, it is important to note that the difference between these two project typologies lies in the fact that commercial projects are much more complex and the transit, in most cases, is greater.

The meeting rooms are separated from the general environments thanks to the vinyls designed and installed by our team. Something that separates, conceals and favors the passage of natural light.
For these spaces we chose a square meeting table with portico leg and white stratified board from Dynamobel. In addition to four chairs model Trazo of the same brand.

In this project, the space division responds to the premises of acoustic sectorisation, which also allows us to preserve visual privacy, thanks to the designed vinyls installed by Molins Design, whose motif simulates the adjoining pipes, in a different shade, in greyscale.
The spot lighting is based on a concept that is decontextualised from the company’s day-to-day life.
In addition, as essential decorative elements, we took recycled technical elements as a reference, adapted to the decorative proposal, on original bases composed of a tubular iron structure painted in white and blue with a blue tinted glass top made by our team of professionals.

For the bathrooms we custom made a Silestone worktop and incorporated a smooth, matt porcelain tiling in the 3 previously used colours, from the firm Jòdul, and a Mystone Basalto Piombo model floor tile by Marazzi.
