Our Rechson Penthouse project has already won an award at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2021, in the category of best luxury residential interior design in Madrid. A recognition that empowered us and encouraged us to continue working on completely innovative interventions; projects that seek and explore new ideas and solutions to place inside the home, perfectly combining functionality and aesthetics.

The most important luxury interior design in Madrid
The professional jury of the International Property Awards has awarded the interior design of the Rechson Penthouse with the highest score. The project received 5 stars in the Best Residential Interior Apartment category. As a result, it is now one of the most outstanding luxury homes in the city of Madrid and also on an international level.
This recognition has led the Rechson Penthouse and its interior design to form part of the compilation book with all the award-winning projects at European level “Europe’s Best 2021-22” of the International Property Awards.

Rechson Penthouse, our best kept jewel
For us, the property becomes an exclusive project that combines luxury, comfort and functionality in equal parts. Without a doubt, the luxury penthouse in Madrid Rechson is one of our studio’s star architectural and decorative proposals.
This two-storey home, spacious and with all luxury details, has a very elegant interior design and interior design. On the ground floor we find the rooms for daily use: living room, kitchen and dining room. All of this is connected by a magical hallway or entrance hall of the most sophisticated design. On the first floor of the penthouse we find the rest areas, which connect perfectly with an office for teleworking and a spectacular terrace with a swimming pool.
The outdoor spaces are also fully equipped with a chill out area with sofas for relaxing, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool as a decorative fountain to cool off in summer.
However, the really interesting feature of this luxury penthouse in Madrid is the technology inside. We can say that this home is fully domotized, in order to make the daily life of its owners much easier. Hence, the house has the necessary technology to program the home’s heating systems, operate the lighting and even the audio systems even when outside the penthouse.

This exclusive project has been built in a duplex in El Viso, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Madrid. The ground floor of the property houses the day area, master suite and guest bedroom, while the first floor houses an office, an elegant living room and an exquisite terrace with swimming pool that occupies most of the roof. The two floors are connected by a custom-designed sculptural staircase.
