Among the members of the multidisciplinary team that are part of our interior design studio, Molins Design, we have all kinds of specialized professionals. All of them, tackle any type of commercial interior design project.
We offer a comprehensive service in which we are able to cover all phases of project development. That is, from the initial conceptual phase to its execution. But, we also take care of the architectural project, interior design, graphic design, merchandising and landscaping. We also take care of the management and supervision of the technical aspects in terms of budgeting and licensing.

1. ANALYSIS OF THE SPACE AND BUSINESS BRIEFING
We analyze and “soak” the business model, values, as well as the brand identity that we are going to project in the available space. All this, with the aim of developing and enhancing the virtues of it. To develop a space with high added value.
2. PROPOSAL OF NEW FLOOR PLAN DISTRIBUTION
We propose the concept of the new space adapted to the sales needs of the brand in question. Also, in this phase we consolidate the final general distribution, the function and composition of each space. In this way, we strive to establish the connection between them.
3. PROJECTION OF SPACES AND FURNITURE IN ELEVATIONS
We transfer all its distribution to detailed plans in elevations. It is there where we specify in depth the way in which the furniture and other vertical elements will be combined to express a specific concept.
4. PROPOSAL OF MATERIALS
The selection of the chosen materials takes a special relevance in commercial interior design. In fact, their colors, textures, sizes and appearances transmit sensations and activate the impulse to buy and consumer satisfaction of the product or service.
5. ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE EXECUTION
At this stage, an economic evaluation of the execution of the entire project is carried out. In any case, each item is evaluated in detail. Also, after the economic valuation and acceptance, everything will be ready to be executed.
6. PROCESSING OF REQUIRED LICENSES
We take care of the processing of the municipal building permit and the final construction certificate. We also carry out all the complementary procedures that affect the reform or redistribution of the premises.
