HOUSE TOUR Finestrelles Dúplex

In this house tour, we open the doors to this family duplex in Finestrelles, a new-build home located at the foot of Tibidabo mountain, in Esplugues de Llobregat, which we have transformed into a warm, functional space full of personality.

Designed for an international family with three teenage children who are moving to Barcelona, the project features 100 m² of interior space distributed over two floors and a large 70 m² terrace with 180º views of the city, the mountains and the sea.

In this House Tour, you will discover how we turned an initially neutral property into a welcoming home that is easy to live in, with an open-plan day area, a bespoke natural oak kitchen, a multifunctional island, a dining area with soft shapes and a serene living room in neutral tones.

We also explore a terrace conceived as a natural extension of the interior and a night area where each bedroom reflects the personality of its users through colour, textiles and decorative wallpapers.
